DAVID P. BESINGER

David Besinger is a native to the Mishawaka area.  He grew up on a family farm in Mishawaka where he is still an active participant in the farm operations.  David earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Human Resources from Purdue University North Central in 2001, before attending Valparaiso University School of Law where he earned his JD in 2004.

After passing the Indiana Bar Exam in 2004, David began his career in Plymouth, Indiana, working in a general practice law firm.  While working as a private practice attorney, he represented clients in a variety of legal areas including general business law, real estate transactions, estate planning and probate, criminal defense and family law.

In 2006, David took the opportunity to work for one of his clients as their General Counsel.  His role at the corporation quickly evolved into executive management focusing in the Human Resource, Accounting and Information Technology disciplines.  David also earned his MBA in 2008 at Indiana University Northwest during his tenure as General Counsel.

David has also taught Business Law at Purdue University North Central and has the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation.

David's practical business and legal experience, coupled with his education, give a unique perspective to better serve businesses and individuals in their ever changing legal needs.
